Job Summary

Driving Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across North America and Europe, the full-time salaried VP Customer Success will own customer health performance, develop retention strategies, and lead a high-performing Customer Success organization focused on maximizing customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) with accountability for retention performance and customer health
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and improve renewals while maximizing customer lifetime value
  • Build and mentor a world-class Customer Success organization focused on operational excellence and customer outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related leadership roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading Customer Success organizations within cybersecurity or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of improving Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and reducing churn
  • Experience managing Mid-Market, Enterprise, and strategic customer portfolios
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms
