Customer Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager - Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Club customers on supply and execution, building trust and relationships
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring goals are met and addressing gaps for timely deliveries
• Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and collaborate with teams to manage inventory and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of CPG supply chain management or replenishment experience
• Strong customer-facing experience with club channels, preferably Costco and Sam's Club
• Proficient in analyzing supply and order/shipment data sets for actionable insights
• Experience in tracking and reporting KPIs related to supply chain operations
• Ability to manage external customer relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
