Customer Supply Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Supply Manager to provide supply chain expertise and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Project Commercialization System (PCS) to accelerate project delivery and enhance customer experience
• Manage inventory processes, including forecasting and safety stock assurance, while coordinating inventory depletion for discontinued SKUs
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding supply chain issues and lead external crisis management communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, supply chain, project management, or customer service, preferably in the food service/retail foodservice industry
• Experience in project management and analytical problem solving
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Aptitude for utilizing various programs for tracking and monitoring supply chain processes
