Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve client issues to meet or exceed case metrics
  • Manage client relationships and lead regular client meetings
  • Provide guidance to support team members on Treasury industry standards

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a support role
  • Knowledge of cash management, payments, and treasury operations
  • Experience in a support role for a SaaS or Cloud-based software company
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
