Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Administrator, EMEA - Temp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and validates sales orders, providing guidance to resolve errors
- Coordinates internal and external requests, ensuring they reach the responsible parties
- Collaborates with internal teams to drive timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience in a high throughput manufacturing environment
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is desirable
- Experience in customer support is a plus, though direct interaction is not immediately required
- Strong self-organization skills to work reliably in a remote environment
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and ideally Salesforce
