Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Administrator, EMEA - Temp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates and validates sales orders, providing guidance to resolve errors
  • Coordinates internal and external requests, ensuring they reach the responsible parties
  • Collaborates with internal teams to drive timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Relevant professional experience in a high throughput manufacturing environment
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is desirable
  • Experience in customer support is a plus, though direct interaction is not immediately required
  • Strong self-organization skills to work reliably in a remote environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and ideally Salesforce
