Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advisor, Residential Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from residential customers, providing assistance on billing, orders, and service usage
  • Process payments, issue billing corrections, and assist with plan updates
  • Troubleshoot common service and connectivity issues and guide customers through account access and self-service tools
Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of customer account management and internet service concepts
  • Ability to multitask in a real-time support environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior experience in telecommunications, ISP, or customer care roles is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
