Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advisor (Remote, Hungarian Native, Shifts).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers via chat, e-mail, and social media
• Provide clear, friendly, and efficient solutions to user issues
• Share insights and suggestions to improve internal support processes

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Hungarian (C2) and have good English skills (B2)
• Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with computer tools (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms)
• Can explain technical topics in a clear and simple way
• Completed secondary education with a diploma
