Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the platform and provide responsive live support through various communication channels
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues while advocating for customer needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience
- Experience providing live support to customers (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce (preferred)
- Comfort with a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
