Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in the platform and provide responsive live support through various communication channels
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues while advocating for customer needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience
  • Experience providing live support to customers (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce (preferred)
  • Comfort with a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
