Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate (APAC - Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers
  • Onboard customers and provide support throughout the user cycle via live chat, email, and Zoom calls
  • Create educational content and bug reports to enhance customer experience and product quality
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support for a B2B or B2C SaaS product
  • Commitment to the impact of work on the team and company
  • Eagerness for constant improvement and adaptability to fast-paced changes
  • Experience as an Airbnb host or in short-term rental business is a plus
