Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate, Admins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Interface with customers at all levels regarding the Justworks platform, including compliance and HR-related topics
  • Provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to customer retention and product improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in customer service, preferably in B2B SaaS or contact centers
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and helping others
  • Experience handling challenging situations with empathy and resourcefulness
  • Proven self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills
