Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Customer Support Advocate will provide professional customer support through email, chat, and phone, ensuring a welcoming experience for users while becoming an expert in the company's applications.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions and concerns regarding the company's platform
  • Attend online training and complete a 30-day trial period to ensure proficiency in company processes
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company's culture while collaborating with team members to meet daily goals
Required qualifications:
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week after the trial period
  • Access to a quiet working environment with a reliable computer and internet connection of at least 15 mbps
  • Commitment to attend all required training sessions and meet key performance indicators during the probation period
  • Proactive and hardworking attitude with openness to feedback
