Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Support Advocate, the successful candidate will manage inbound support inquiries from wellness Partners, guiding them through Arketa's features, creatively solving operational problems, and advocating for their needs internally to enhance product development.
Key responsibilities
- Own each Partner interaction from start to finish across chat, email, and scheduled Zoom calls, building trust and rapport
- Resolve Partner issues effectively on the first contact, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure of inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems and improve the overall Partner experience
Required qualifications
- Impeccable written communication skills for clear and concise interactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority inquiries simultaneously
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills focused on enhancing the Partner experience
- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Organized, self-sufficient, and proactive work ethic
