Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to handle outbound calls to healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to verify provider details and gather operational information
  • Follow structured workflows to collect required data and schedule follow-up calls as needed
  • Enter accurate notes into the CRM and maintain data accuracy across all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, healthcare operations, customer support, or similar role
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and repetitive workflows
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow scripts and structured processes while engaging naturally
  • Experience in healthcare organizations or related fields is a plus but not required
