Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to handle outbound calls to healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to verify provider details and gather operational information
- Follow structured workflows to collect required data and schedule follow-up calls as needed
- Enter accurate notes into the CRM and maintain data accuracy across all interactions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, healthcare operations, customer support, or similar role
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and repetitive workflows
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow scripts and structured processes while engaging naturally
- Experience in healthcare organizations or related fields is a plus but not required
