Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers actively using the product
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email and chat
  • Communicate with team members to resolve issues and escalate inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent Polish speaker
  • Previous customer support experience is required
  • Affinity with technology
  • English level: B2 for internal communication
  • Previous iGaming experience is a plus
