Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers actively using the product
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email and chat
- Communicate with team members to resolve issues and escalate inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Polish speaker
- Previous customer support experience is required
- Affinity with technology
- English level: B2 for internal communication
- Previous iGaming experience is a plus
