Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent for a 6 Month Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues through inbound customer service tickets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust
  • Meet service level agreements and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of remote customer service experience
  • Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Team player mentality and drive to contribute to growth
