Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle support tickets through an online help desk for player-related questions and issues
  • Identify areas for support articles and improvements based on player contacts
  • Work on improving internal systems to enhance player experience
Required Qualifications
  • Great understanding of the gaming network
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Experience with Zendesk and/or Tebex for billing-related customer support is a plus
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed
