- Handle support tickets through an online help desk for player-related questions and issues
- Identify areas for support articles and improvements based on player contacts
- Work on improving internal systems to enhance player experience
Required Qualifications
- Great understanding of the gaming network
- 1+ years of related experience
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Tebex for billing-related customer support is a plus
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed
