Customer Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent EMEA (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to users running CFD, FEA, and thermal projects
• Design and curate technical content for training and marketing purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams to debug simulations and coordinate support projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field with a focus on CFD/FEA coursework
• Familiarity with Engineering Software and/or SaaS solutions
• Basic knowledge of commercial CAD and CAE simulation tools
• Currently enrolled in a German University (Bachelors/Graduate Program)
• Fluency in English (C1+); fluency in German is a plus
