Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (Work From Home - Luzon).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat professionally and promptly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or non-voice role
  • Strong typing speed and ability to multitask across multiple conversations
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is advantageous
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to a full-time schedule
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
