Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (Work From Home - Luzon).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat professionally and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or non-voice role
- Strong typing speed and ability to multitask across multiple conversations
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is advantageous
- Reliable attendance and commitment to a full-time schedule
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
