Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (EMEA) to provide support to healthcare professionals using AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via chat, email, and phone
- Manage customer support cases from first contact through resolution or escalation
- Deliver clear and empathetic communication, particularly in time-sensitive clinical environments
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in customer support or customer service roles, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech
- Strong customer empathy and pride in delivering high-quality support
- Ability to learn technical products and navigate multiple tools and systems
- Comfort working within defined processes and applying judgment in edge cases
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as required
