Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (EMEA) to provide support to healthcare professionals using AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via chat, email, and phone
  • Manage customer support cases from first contact through resolution or escalation
  • Deliver clear and empathetic communication, particularly in time-sensitive clinical environments
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in customer support or customer service roles, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech
  • Strong customer empathy and pride in delivering high-quality support
  • Ability to learn technical products and navigate multiple tools and systems
  • Comfort working within defined processes and applying judgment in edge cases
  • Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as required
