Job Summary

To support a growing student base, the part-time Customer Support Agent will manage student inquiries via email, phone, and text, providing personalized responses and resolving issues related to courses and accounts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle student communications across various channels, ensuring personalized and thoughtful responses
  • Develop familiarity with products and policies to accurately explain features and processes to students
  • Resolve technical issues and document interactions in the help desk and CRM for continuity
