Job Summary
To support a growing student base, the part-time Customer Support Agent will manage student inquiries via email, phone, and text, providing personalized responses and resolving issues related to courses and accounts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle student communications across various channels, ensuring personalized and thoughtful responses
- Develop familiarity with products and policies to accurately explain features and processes to students
- Resolve technical issues and document interactions in the help desk and CRM for continuity
Required qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to grammar and tone
- Empathetic and service-minded temperament, treating every student with courtesy and respect
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail to address all student inquiries
