Job Summary

To support a seasonal call center team, the full-time Global Wholesale Partner Support Agent will assist partners with reservation modifications, cancellations, and inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Book, modify, and cancel tour operator and partner bookings while ensuring accuracy
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for partners using the Vail Resorts Partner Portal
• Engage in first-phase problem resolution for partner and tour operator complaints

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
