Job Summary
Owning the user experience for a remote full-time Customer Support Agent, the successful candidate will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues related to gaming and payments, and advocate for users by identifying trends and recurring problems.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries across support channels with speed, empathy, and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues related to games, payments, and in-app features
- Advocate for users by surfacing recurring problems and contributing ideas for team improvements
Required qualifications
- Digital experience on any platform, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Availability to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on empathy and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Previous customer support experience and familiarity with the TCG or gaming world are a plus
