Job Summary

Providing fast and effective support, the full-time Customer Support Agent Tier 1 will assist customers via chat, email, and phone while developing expertise in the B2B floral industry and the company's SaaS platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and guiding them through the SaaS platform
  • Document solutions and contribute to the Knowledge Base and internal documentation
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify bugs and suggest improvements
Required qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS customer support
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or web development
  • Familiarity with HTML or reading technical system logs
  • Advanced English communication skills; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Comfortable using tools like Slack, Jira, Intercom, and Confluence
