Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent, L1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring incoming messages and processing billing requests
  • Working with user feedback and collaborating with various teams
  • Turning potential negative customer situations into positive experiences

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or a similar role
  • Experience in mobile products and familiarity with Zendesk, Stripe, PayPal, and Chargedesk
  • Readiness to work shifts 2/2 (day or night)
