Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support for its software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical and functional support via various communication channels
- Develop and maintain support resources, including manuals and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve software issues while ensuring user data confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Software Support role
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS applications
- Fluent in English and German (CEFR Level C1 or C2)
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and API communication is preferred
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR is a plus
