Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage user requests, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Document and coordinate bug reporting, user provisioning, and maintain user-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Experience with data visualization tools and/or SQL (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ticketing or issue-tracking systems (preferred)
