Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries related to the DoD financial management application
- Monitor and manage user requests, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Document and coordinate bug reporting, user provisioning, and maintain user-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and systems
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Experience with data visualization tools and/or SQL (preferred)
- Familiarity with ticketing or issue-tracking systems (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
