Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned mutual fund clients regarding service performance and daily business needs
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries related to contact center operations and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Monitor service-level metrics and prepare operational reports for clients and internal leadership
Required Qualifications
- Experience with contact center tools and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of mutual fund operations and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
- Experience in documenting processes and compliance standards
