Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned mutual fund clients regarding service performance and daily business needs
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries related to contact center operations and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Monitor service-level metrics and prepare operational reports for clients and internal leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with contact center tools and technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of mutual fund operations and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
  • Experience in documenting processes and compliance standards
