Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone and remote technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales teams
  • Document solutions in a knowledge database and manage escalations to higher support teams
  • Participate in customer site visits and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of technical customer support experience in a high-tech or healthcare IT environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and Agfa products
  • Experience with networking, operating systems, databases, and image processing
  • Industry certification and knowledge of HL7 or DICOM are preferred
