Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate (Part-Time) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests across multiple channels
  • Manage operational functions such as ID verifications and chargebacks
  • Communicate with customers via various platforms to ensure positive experiences

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior B2C high volume support experience
  • Proficiency with CS platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with payment processing systems and dispute resolution
  • Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours
