Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 user support via Zendesk email
  • Act as an advocate and onboarding specialist for users
  • Diagnose and resolve non-complex technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role in a high growth environment is ideal
  • Motivated by helping others and improving user experiences
  • Ability to synthesize insights from user interactions and communicate effectively with teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address user issues end-to-end
  • Familiarity with DeFi and blockchain technology is a plus
