Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 user support via Zendesk email
- Act as an advocate and onboarding specialist for users
- Diagnose and resolve non-complex technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support or a similar role in a high growth environment is ideal
- Motivated by helping others and improving user experiences
- Ability to synthesize insights from user interactions and communicate effectively with teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to address user issues end-to-end
- Familiarity with DeFi and blockchain technology is a plus
