Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule appointments and assist with insurance lead qualification and patient recruitment
• Demonstrate product knowledge after completing the training period

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
• Must own a compatible computer with specified hardware requirements
• High-speed internet access with minimum download and upload speeds
