Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify callers for various programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
  • Schedule appointments and assist with insurance lead qualification and patient recruitment
  • Demonstrate product knowledge after the training period
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Must own a compatible computer and have high-speed internet access
  • Must be available for a full 2-week mandatory virtual training
