Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will provide exceptional support to customers throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide world-class service
  • Accurately order materials and coordinate service schedules while managing a high volume of customer calls
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with some weekend flexibility
  • Experience with hybrid work schedules (in office and remote)

  • Competence in using technology and adapting to new communication methods
  • No specific educational requirements; experience in home remodeling is not necessary
