Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will provide exceptional support to customers throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's mission and vision
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide world-class service
- Accurately order materials and coordinate service schedules while managing a high volume of customer calls
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with some weekend flexibility
- Experience with hybrid work schedules (in office and remote)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Competence in using technology and adapting to new communication methods
- No specific educational requirements; experience in home remodeling is not necessary
