Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Processing Associate to support its Insurance Operations business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review complex data and financial transactions to ensure compliance with fraud procedures
  • Investigate and resolve customer contract discrepancies while maintaining documentation
  • Assist with check and ACH approvals, ensuring transactions are accurate and complete
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, or an Associate degree in lieu of experience
  • 3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with financial transactions such as life withdrawals and loans is preferred
