Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Collectors to support inquiries and issues
- Provide exemplary service through web message, voice, and email channels
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Positive, Collector-minded individual with a passion to serve
- General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry
- Experience in customer interactions via web message, voice, and email
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook & Excel
