Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to serve as a liaison between the organization and its Collectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Collectors to support inquiries and issues
  • Provide exemplary service through web message, voice, and email channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Positive, Collector-minded individual with a passion to serve
  • General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry
  • Experience in customer interactions via web message, voice, and email
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook & Excel
