Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Collectors to support inquiries and issues
  • Provide exemplary service through various communication channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors
Required Qualifications

  • General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry
  • Experience in customer interactions through web message, voice, and email
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
