Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of utility and consumer programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide email support for program applicants and participants
  • Manage a trouble ticket queue and provide support to utility program staff
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and provide reporting on support activities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support and/or process management role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a plus
  • An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing the company
