Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of utility and consumer programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide email support for program applicants and participants
- Manage a trouble ticket queue and provide support to utility program staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and provide reporting on support activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support and/or process management role
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a plus
- An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing the company
