Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, delivering exceptional service
- Support account operations including onboarding, account opening, and wire transfers while collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in customer support or similar roles at a financial institution or fintech
- Direct experience in support and account operations for institutional/business clients
- Experience with U.S. financial institutions and regulatory environments
- Located in EST with flexibility for 24/7 coverage
- Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and process-driven
