Job Summary

- Support owners and service partner requests, including booking adjustments and account updates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of goal achievement
- Experience working in Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
