Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of goal achievement
  • Experience working in Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
