Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by addressing complex inquiries and guiding customers through product features
  • Provide impeccable customer support by troubleshooting issues and maintaining communication with customers throughout the resolution process
  • Act as a key partner to Product and Engineering, fielding feedback and identifying product opportunities based on customer interactions


Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in a client/product support role
  • Strong interest in AI, technology, and software applications
  • Ability to maintain a professional home working environment with dual-screen capability
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in training and contributing to support documentation
