Job Summary
Customer Support Associate, a temporary internship position expected to last 5 months, offers full-time or part-time opportunities, focusing on handling high-volume customer inquiries and ensuring efficient resolution of support requests via inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary handler of inbound customer calls and address transactional support requests
- Manage routine customer inquiries, including account updates and billing questions, ensuring quick resolution
- Document all customer interactions and assist in managing support queues to maintain response time targets
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of support or service experience
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as required
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Physical ability to perform office tasks, including use of a computer keyboard and lifting up to 25 pounds
