Job Summary
Customer Support Associate, a full-time remote position responsible for managing customer support cases, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating across various teams to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming and escalated support cases, including troubleshooting and account management
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments for compliance, quoting, and order processing
- Track customer account health and gather feedback to influence product development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management in a software environment
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a comparable support platform
- Proven ability to manage customer cases end-to-end with clear communication
- Experience supporting technical or scientific software products
- Demonstrated reliability in a remote work environment with proactive communication
