Job Summary

To support a global team, the part-time Associate, Premiere Support will assist clients via chat, email, and calls with system navigation, account management requests, and training on advanced features while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide client support through chat, email, and outgoing calls, addressing questions and issues related to system login and navigation
  • Train clients on how to run searches, exports, and utilize advanced system features
  • Fulfill account management requests, including account creations and project access requests
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
  • B2 level proficiency or higher in English
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Demonstrated digital intelligence and digital literacy skills
