Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate with a focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling complex customer scenarios, documenting solutions, and providing timely resolution to technical issues
  • Collaborating with support colleagues and internal teams to deliver superior customer service
  • Acting as a customer advocate, resolving high-priority issues and capturing feedback for process/product improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a customer-facing role with international customers
  • Past experience of working with CRMs
