Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complex customer scenarios, documenting solutions, and providing timely resolution to technical issues
- Collaborating with support colleagues and internal teams to deliver superior customer service

Required Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a customer-facing role with international customers
