Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage level 1 support tickets and collaborate with teams to improve efficiency
  • Report support data to the Data and Operations team and track KPIs for Zendesk agents
  • Initiate and drive improvement initiatives across the organization for a seamless customer support system
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-2 years of experience with Zendesk or other customer service software
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
  • Project management skills, including work planning and organization
