Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage level 1 support tickets and collaborate with teams to improve efficiency
- Report support data to the Data and Operations team and track KPIs for Zendesk agents
- Initiate and drive improvement initiatives across the organization for a seamless customer support system
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 1-2 years of experience with Zendesk or other customer service software
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
- Project management skills, including work planning and organization
