Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of a 10+ member Support Technician team to ensure productivity and quality
- Enhance performance and customer satisfaction through coaching and effective escalation management
- Collaborate with Sales, QA, Billing, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes and team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading Customer Support or Contact Center teams
- 2+ years of experience with Applied Epic
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Customer Support or Contact Center leadership
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Effective people leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
