Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of a 10+ member Support Technician team to ensure productivity and quality
  • Enhance performance and customer satisfaction through coaching and effective escalation management
  • Collaborate with Sales, QA, Billing, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes and team effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience leading Customer Support or Contact Center teams
  • 2+ years of experience with Applied Epic
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Customer Support or Contact Center leadership
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Effective people leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
