Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provisioning and deprovisioning of residential/retail accounts to ensure smooth customer service operations
- Conducting detailed audits of agent tickets and accounts to ensure adherence to company policies
- Identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, call center, sales, and/or retention
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge to assist customers with online processes
- Strong work ethics with a commitment to teamwork and respect for others
- Must have a distraction-free, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
