Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Compliance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provisioning and deprovisioning of residential/retail accounts to ensure smooth customer service operations
  • Conducting detailed audits of agent tickets and accounts to ensure adherence to company policies
  • Identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, call center, sales, and/or retention
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge to assist customers with online processes
  • Strong work ethics with a commitment to teamwork and respect for others
  • Must have a distraction-free, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
