Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (fluent Chinese) for short-term remote work focused on emails and chats.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English (minimum B2/upper-intermediate level)
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role with live chats and emails
• Qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
