Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (fluent Dutch) to work remotely in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent Dutch communication skills (C1 level for spoken and written) and English at B2 level
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
