Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide implementation and integration support including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support for PRISM users
  • Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government contractors to ensure successful operation of the product suite
  • Collaborate with senior client leadership to define project goals, manage issues and risks, and ensure tasks are completed on target, on time, and on budget


Required Qualifications
  • Professional experience in consulting or training, preferably with a top consulting firm
  • Experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management, contract management, and/or procurement is preferable
  • BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be eligible for a security investigation and meet access requirements for classified information
